Account & billing information: your name and email (if provided) and your subscription plan. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
Usage data: message timestamps, delivery status, and basic replies (e.g. "DONE", "SKIP") needed to operate the service.
2. How we use your information
To deliver reminders and alerts via WhatsApp at the times and frequency you choose.
To manage your subscription, billing, and account.
To send service-related messages such as payment confirmations and renewal notices.
To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
3. Sharing of information
Reminders are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta, which processes message content as part of delivery. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Reminders for other people
If you set up reminders for family members, friends, or employees, you confirm that you have their consent to receive WhatsApp messages from Goremind on your behalf. Any recipient can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

It is not a medical device, financial advisory service, legal service, or emergency alert system, and must not be relied upon as your only method of managing critical health, financial, legal, or safety-related matters. Please continue to maintain your own independent records and reminders for anything important.
3. No liability for delivery or technical issues
While we aim to deliver reminders reliably and on time, delivery depends on third-party platforms (including WhatsApp and Meta), your internet connection, device settings, and other factors outside our control. Goremind.in does not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of any reminder or alert. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goremind.in, its founders, employees, and affiliates will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, missed payment, late fee, penalty, missed appointment, health consequence, or any other loss arising from a failed, delayed, or inaccurate reminder, or from any technical issue, outage, or error in the Service.
4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp — there is no lock-in.
If you cancel, your current billing period continues until its end date and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate phone numbers and reminder information.
If you set up reminders for other people (family, friends, employees, etc.), you confirm that you have their consent to receive WhatsApp messages from Goremind on your behalf.
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
6. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
